The 2007 SportDundee Awards were held at the Invercarse Hotel, Dundee on Wednesday 21 November 2007. The Awards aim to recognise and reward the efforts and commitment of local athletes, coaches, teams, clubs, officials and volunteers.
This year's event benefited from 2 great guest speakers. First up was none other than Scottish Rugby Union Head Coach Frank Hadden who provided an informative talk on the preparations for the World Cup. Gwyn Rees, of Trophy World, entertained the 200 guests with some hilarious sporting anecdotes.
